Wednesday, July 22 Skin & Sediment Low-fi wine for loud nights.

Natural · Living · Nothing added, nothing taken

Funky, cloudy, alive — wine the old way.

We pour low-intervention bottles from growers who farm by hand and ferment with wild yeast. Expect haze, surprise, and a record spinning in the corner.

Glou-glou nights — Bottles change with what arrives and what's already half-gone. When a wine's done, we chalk up the next.

Skin & Sediment started as a folding table at a flea market and grew into a narrow room full of crates and candlelight. We work only with growers who farm organically and bottle without additives. Nothing here is filtered, fined, or fussed over — including us.
