Tuesday, July 21 Field & Furrow Dinner that begins in the dirt.

Farm-to-table tasting room · One seating nightly

We grow most of it. We cook all of it the day it's pulled.

A single tasting menu written each morning around what the field gives us. Seven courses, one long table, and the people who grew your dinner pouring the wine.

One seating · 7pm — Each course is built from a single ingredient at its peak. Here's what's leading the menu now.

Field & Furrow sits at the edge of the farm that feeds it. We grow three acres of vegetables, herbs, and flowers, and what we can't grow we trade for within a day's drive. Nothing is shipped, nothing is stored long, and nothing is wasted — the trimmings tonight are the stock tomorrow.

Each course is built from a single ingredient at its peak. Here's what's leading the menu now.
