The cellar
A vault of oak and patience.
The Oak Cellar sits two floors beneath an old merchant house, in stone laid centuries ago. We age our reserves in French and American oak and hold library bottles back for years before they're poured. Each tasting is hosted by a cellar master who knows every barrel by name.
