A proper steakhouse · Est. 1948

Dry-aged beef, stiff martinis, leather booths.

Three generations of doing one thing right. Aged prime beef over an 800-degree broiler, a bar that knows your drink, and a dining room that hasn't changed since your grandfather sat in it.

Jackets welcome

The house

Same family. Same broiler. Same standards.

Holloway's opened its doors in 1948 and has poured drinks for three generations of regulars since. We dry-age our own prime beef for forty-five days, broil it at eight hundred degrees, and serve it the way it's always been served — simply, and with a martini. The booths are leather, the brass is polished, and the captain remembers your name.

The room

On the corner, where it's always been.
