The press
A photographer who never stopped being a printer.
Salt & Silver is the studio and print room of Iris Calder, who spent a decade in darkrooms before moving to fine pigment printing. Every photograph is made in the field and printed by hand in editions of no more than thirty. The gallery is open to visitors who book ahead.
